How Does the Warranty Work?
We offer 3 different types of warranties according to the chair you purchase with us:
For aluminum and steel chairs (except economical)
The Seat Co products are rigorously tested to ensure they meet stringent standards. Consequently; if a problem occurs with one of our products and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, the Seat Co will, in its discretion, either fix or replace the product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein. The warranty provided herein applies for a period of seven (7) years for the product’s steel or aluminum frame, on the cushion on its fabric against fading and shrinkage and the foam on losing its form.
This warranty does not cover any damage caused by regular wear and tear, excessive usage, or any mistreatment of the cushions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the cushions attached to the chair frame (Affordable Line and Comfort Line), for the fixed cushion may need adjustment from time to time.
Failure to do this may result in high stress on the cushion, causing to loosen over time, and can lead to severe damage. Our warranty of (7) years also applies to the product's paint finish against chipping and fading. The warranty period starts from the date the product is purchased and only to the first purchaser.
The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage. Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs void this warranty.
Incidental and consequential damages are expressly disclaimed. Labor charges and damages are hereby excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties are hereby excluded. The warranty provided herein is limited to the value of the product. Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice.
For economical steel chiavari chairs
The products from The Seat Co are rigorously tested to ensure that they meet the stringent standards. Consequently, if a problem occurs with our products and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, the Seat Co will, in its discretion, either fix or replace the product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein
The warranty provided herein applies for a period of two (2) years for the product´s steel or aluminum frame, on its fabric against fading and shrinkage, on its foam from losing its form and on the product´s paint finish against chipping and fading. The warranty period starts from the date the product is purchased and only to the first purchaser.
