Seat Co. Warranty
At Seat Co., we design, manufacture, and distribute furniture and event equipment built for professional use. Our warranty is intended to protect our customers against genuine manufacturing defects, not damage caused by regular use, improper handling, neglect, or external factors.
The warranty details, coverage, terms, and exclusions described on this page apply primarily to products manufactured directly by Seat Co.
Seat Co. also distributes select products manufactured by third parties, including certain folding chairs, resin/plastic products, cocktail tables, and other items. These products may be subject to different warranty terms, coverage, exclusions, and claim requirements. The applicable warranty for distributed products will be stated in the corresponding quote, invoice, product documentation, or commercial agreement. Unless otherwise specified, distributed products are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
In general, Seat Co. manufactured steel and aluminum chairs are covered by a warranty of up to seven (7) years, except for certain specific models, such as our economical chair versions, which may have a different warranty period.
All warranty claims are subject to review and validation by Seat Co. The final resolution will depend on the nature of the issue, the evidence provided, and the warranty coverage applicable to the specific product.
